A FRESH coffee! Roasted medium brown to dark brown, it produced a delightfully herbal and fruity brew in my Behmor Coffee Maker. The flavor was enjoyable from start to finish, hot to lukewarm, black or with a splash of creamer. Adding a little cream will remind you of your favorite coffee ice cream.
