Wine Bottles

After using one of our William’s California Wine Kits and letting your wine ferment accordingly, you will likely want to bottle it. William’s Brewing carries two kinds of wine bottles for vintners looking to bottle their wines for themselves or for gift-giving: claret style and burgundy style.

We have red wine (claret style) bottles with pushed up bottoms to help capture sediment as you pour. These have a 3/4" inner neck diameter (to take a #8 or ideally #9 sized cork), and are 12" tall with a 3" wide diameter at the bottom of the bottle. The wine bottles come in a case of 12 and they are new bottles, but may have winery printing on the cardboard cases they come in.

We also carry wine bottles for your heavy whites. Our burgundy style bottles, like our claret style, also have pushed up bottoms to help capture sediment as you pour. These bottles have a 3/4" inner neck diameter (to take a #8 or ideally #9 sized cork), are 13" tall, and 3 1/8" diameter at the base. Also as with our claret bottles, these come in cases of 12.

The right wine bottles are necessary for storing and aging the wines you make, so pick up a case today!
