Our El Salvador has a full rich Central American flavor. Professional tasters have noted cocoa, citrus, almond, and honey in the flavor. An excellent value in a rich Central American coffee.

Love the blueberry notes
I've always been partial to Natural and what Peet's calls Super Natural process beans. Great coffee flavor with blueberry notes. I roast this in my SR500 with a roast method I got from Captains - 2 minutes low with high fan, 2 minutes high with medium fan, then 2.5-3 mins high with high fan. Was going to second crack a little before 6 minutes earlier this year, but that seemed to be because it was clogging with chaff, reducing air flow. There is a lot of chaff with this bean! Last several batches didn't go to 2C but I like to stop at 6.5 to 7 minutes. Love this coffee!
Pleasing, forgiving bean
I found this to be an easy to roast bean that will make a fine cup almost regardless of roast. It is a well-balanced and pleasant cup with a bit more perceived sweetness than most Central American coffees I've roasted. By itself, it's a good bean and at the right price as an every-morning coffee. I did not have issues with burning as the description warned.
Mellow, Chocolate, Brown Sugar
This is a great mellow cup of coffee, with round, soft flavors of cocoa and brown sugar. Excellent
