Fermaid K is a balanced yeast nutrient from Lallemand that ensures the proper balance of nutrients are available to yeast during its growth phase. Fermaid K supplies usable nitrogen (ammonia salts, amino acids). as well as thiamin, folic acid, naicin, and calcium pantothenate. 2 oz. bag (56 grams).
Use 1 level teaspoon per 5 gallons of active ferment, rehydrating in 4 ounces of warm water before use. When brewing beer, stir in wort just after it has started fermenting. For winemaking and mead, use the same amount, but stir in after 3 days of vigorous ferment.
