Great for cooler weather
Pros: Works much better than american/calif. ale yeast for me in the winter when my laundry room doesn't quite get to 70 deg.
Cons: I'll switch back once summer comes around and it doesn't get below 70 in the basement.
Active to say the least
Pros: Very smooth, would use again.
Cons: Blew the lid off my fermenter.A little clean up, snapped the lid back in place, cleaned out the air lock and ready to go
Very active ferment
Pros: It imparted a clean, smooth taste to my beer and cleared within a few months. Even at a temperature of 60 degrees F., I had to use a blow-off tube on my 7 gallon Fermenator.
