Unlike white plastic semi-porous HDPE Fermenters, the Kegland Fermzilla 60 Liter All Rounder is made of smooth non porous PET plastic, to make it completely impervious on the inside to krausen and beer film soaking into the plastic, while protecting your ferment from the oxidizing effects of air contact coming in from the outside. This fermenter is pressure rated to 35 PSI, and can be used with our C71 Spunding Valve as well as our C77 Pressure Kit for pressure ferments, pressure transfers, and even to use as an extra ball lock keg!

IMPORTANT HYDRO TEST NOTE: If you plan to pressure ferment, Fermzilla tanks must be hydro tested every two years. All new tanks are marked with a hydro test expire date which means the tank should be hydro tested if you plan to pressure ferment after this date. If the hydro test date is in the past, this does not mean the new tank is bad, as we cannot guarantee you will receive a tank within the two year production window. So, if you plan to ferment under pressure, order this knowing you will need to perform a hydro test every two years. Disregard this if you do not pressure ferment.

Q: Can the top accommodate a thermowell?
A: Yes, the lid is the same as the 27 liter Fermzilla, 55 Liter Fermzilla, and 30 liter All Rounder.
Great Fermenter
Was a bit skeptical but wanted an inexpensive way to pressure ferment and 10+ gallons at a time. Seems to be well constructed and light.
Great pressure fermenter
I have a smaller all rounder but I wanted something that I could fill up 3 corny kegs with and this fits the bill. I would recommend upgrading to stainless steel ball locks because the plastic ones are finicky and leak until you tighten them just right. Overall I really love this thing!
