The FermZilla 55 Liter Tri Conical Pressure Kit features a 3” Tri-Clamp fitting to attach the dump valve, and a 3” Tri-Clamp fitting to attach the yeast collection vessel. This makes it easy to disassemble the fermenter for cleaning, and to remove and reattach the yeast collection vessel. Also included are a Spunding Valve and our Pressure Kit, so you can ferment under pressure (see hydrotest instructions below) and even use it as a 10 gallon ball lock keg.
The FermZilla can be used in many ways -use it as a basic gravity fermenter with the ability to dump and harvest yeast, or as a pressure fermenter and or keg with optional Spunding Valve part C71 and Pressure Kit part C77, as a chilled fermenter with an optional Temp Twister and Cooling Kit, and even as a Hop Bong Pressure Kit, with the ability to add dry hops without adding oxygen.
Besides the Spunding Valve and Pressure Kit, this Includes a lid with 35 PSI PRV valve, stainless stand, airlock, 600 ml collection container with 3" Tri Clamp lid, and Tri Clamp fittings to assemble and use the fermenter. Overall height with airlock is 46", with a width of 16".
IMPORTANT HYDRO TEST NOTE: If you plan to pressure ferment, Fermzilla tanks must be hydro tested every two years. All new tanks are marked with a manufacture date which means the tank should be hydro tested 2 years after this date if you plan to pressure ferment. So, if you plan to ferment under pressure, order this knowing you will need to perform a hydro test every two years. Disregard this if you do not pressure ferment.

A: No estoy seguro de cómo se puede fermentar el café, pero este fermentador de 53 litros se puede presurizar con un tanque de CO2 (no podemos enviar estos, cómprelo o réntelo localmente), un regulador de CO2 como nuestro artículo q62, unos pies de línea de gas como nuestro artículo l92 y un conector de gas ball lock como nuestro artículo g49.
