Designed and assembled in New Zealand, the T500 is the world's most advanced fractionating column condenser for home use. The all copper T500 from Still Spirits produces extremely clean, pure alcohol. The T500 allows you to collect up to 95% of the possible alcohol from the wash. This comes out at  93% alcohol purity which beats pot stills. Fits the T500 Boiler and also fits the Grainfather and Robobrew if you purchase optional Grainfather Still Lid B80 or the P35 Alembic Pot Dome lid.

High quality alcohol made with the T500 can be used to make high quality, commercial grade, clear spirits such as Gin, White Rum and Vodka as well as any of the other spirits and liqueurs in the Still Spirits Essences range. 30" tall when the top water circulation hose is attached, 52" overall height when attached to a Turbo 500 Boiler (not included). This is the condenser to get when you intend on making clean distilled spirits to steep with flavorings or fruit, or to make Vodka and Gin type spirits.

Q: Perhaps a better question is, other than the lid, is it complete and needs nothing else?

A: It needs both a lid and a boiler like the Mash & Boil, Robobrew, or Grainfather. So two more items to make a complete unit.

Q: This is shown with a lid.... I assume it comes with? Does it fit the Grainfather as I've heard? Thanks!

A: No, it does not come with a lid. If you want a lid that works with this and the Grainfather, order our item B80 Distilling Lid along with this unit.

A: The only other item you need the Mash & Boil Distilling Lid, item L14

Q: I recently bought the Brewer's Edge Mash & Boil. Can this unit be adapted to fit it?

A: No, the Mash & Boil does not have a sealed gasketed lid.
