Tried for bock
Kept at 54F for fermentation, put into diacytyl rest at 62F for four days. Burned off lager sulphur smell. Going to lager in keg for three weeks. Should be a crazy good bock.
Hobbybrauer
I smacked the pack, placed it in the 37 degree frig in a bag, 3 days later it was ready for the 1500 ml starter. Pitched into a 1.072 gravity bock wort that started light popping 30 Hrs later. Not bad at all.

Pros: Great tasting lager beers from this yeast!
Cons: Have had hard time twice getting full fermentation at cooler fermentation temps from this yeast.
Excellent Product
Pros: Worked perfectly even though it was in the fridge for 5 months before using. Correct floculation for a great Bavarian style Oktoberfest Lager.
Cons: Absolutely None.
MUNICH LAGER YEAST
Pros: WORKED EXACTLY HOW IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.
Cons: NONE
