Hard Working
Very hard working clean fermenting yeast. I used this for a Bock and it came out great.
perfect Oktoberfest yeast
I have a 'go-to' Oktoberfest receipt I've brewed dozens of times. I used this yeast the last time and it took the beer to a new level. It's what my Oktoberfest was missing.
Great Stuff
Great stuff very clean very floculant near commercial clarity without fining. No sulfur character both beers I have brewed a kitsch style and the larger have both attenuated 77%. I tell you what else is great is Williams I was in a bind and needed this yeast in a hurry I got it from Cali to Texas in 2 days these guys are great I don't else to say but Thanks you guys rock Cheers
New Go-to Lager Yeast!
This is the first time I used this yeast. Wow, very high attenuation and the best flocculation I've seen. If I were bottle conditioning, this would work extremely well. Yeast sediment really "sticks" to the bottom of my fermenter (I noticed it in my yeast starter container as well). No off flavors, too. Three thumbs up on this yeast!
great lager yeast
S-189 is my go to for the majority of lagers that I brew. I was really glad when this became readily available in homebrew size packs.
