Hmmmm...
Good yeast. My guess is it’s repackaged Safale 04. Same flavor profile and looks identical post ferment.
Fast working
Used this to make a dark mild. Activity started up within 4 hours of pitching, and primary fermentation was done in 3 days. Seemed to focculate well. Beer turned out great!
Makes a Strong Drink!
I was looking for a high attenuating yeast for a Russian Imperial Stout. I measured my final ale at 13.1% alcohol! Actually had to water it down to make it a bit more palatable. So, if you're looking to make a higher alcohol beer, this one worked extremely well for me.
