Pure invert sugar syrup with a mixture of sucrose, glucose and fructose, made from beet and cane sugars. Color rated at 1900-2700 EBC, contributes strong dark pit fruit and coffee character. Great for your dark Belgian Ales, and really good on pancakes and waffles! This is the darkest grade of candi syrup. Produced by Candico.
Sugar content is 78-5 to 80.5 brix.
