Since August of 1979 when we started, we have been formulating William's Brewing Kits. Initially with dry malt from England (the only source of malt extract at the time), and now with our exclusive William's Malt Extracts, which have the advantage of being formulated specifically for a beer style. Kits are mostly made with malt extract syrup, although we are making a few with dry malt extract now when the style dictates.
Your time is valuable. All our kits only require a 30 minute boil. A boil has the advantage of letting us use real pellet hops in our kits instead of hop extract, for a fresher hop character in the finished beer. Kits feature well thought out brew by number instructions.
NEW 2½ GALLON KITS : All kits are available in 5 gallon sizes, and we have just added 2½ gallon sizes for our most popular kits. Note that 2½ gallon sizes are not available in Seltzer kits or mashing kits.
