Great Product
Awesome when used in small doses. 4oz is way too much for 5 gallons and will overpower the flavor of the beer. Start with 1/2 oz.
Excellent for Apricot Wheat
Pros: I made a Wheat apricot ale (and Raspberry). It turned out excellent! Nice bouquet and flavor. Will buy again.
