This Snaplock coupler features 304 stainless construction, a 1/2" female NPT outlet, food grade silicone sealing gasket, and twin locking arms for secure connection and quick disconnection. Use with 1/2" NPT male fittings. Couples to our L70 and L74 Snaplock adapters.

The best connector available
Until recently, I used a stainless hose clamp to attach my chiller to brew pot. This meant that I was forced to fumble with a screw driver at the end of each boil. Now I just connect and snap to lock. I high recommend this one over the "SNAPLOCK COUPLER 1/2" HOSE BARB" which will drastically restrict the flow. Simply attach your own, larger diameter barb. I went with a 90 elbow to ensure that the hose does not kink.
