This Sauvignon Blanc Kit features grapes grown in Lodi, California, and produces a full bodied Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of sweetness. This one can taste fully mature at 6 months after bottling, and be mature after 1 year. This Sauvignon Blanc is not blonde, but more of a light honey color when done.
