A dry ale yeast from DCL that has produced some fairly clean beers in our our recent tests, although not as good as Safale S04.
Medium flocculation, attenuation: 70-75%. 10 gram pack is good for pitching 5 gallons. Click here to download a manufacturer's pdf data sheet.

All grain Belgium ale with a touch of honey.Fermented fast in primary. After a week siphoned it into secondary. Took longer than usual to clear so I left it in secondary for two and a half weeks.Bottled and primed it and let it sit for two more weeks.EXCELLENT!

Safale S-33 Is a fast working yeast with a clean finish. It is the best dry ale yeast I have found since the days when Edme yeast was available. Starts working within 8 hours. Have your "skimmer" ready!

Pros: Starts fast. Nice English strain that produces mild esters. Prefer it over Safale-04.
Cons: Doesn't floc well, but gelatin will knock it out.
