A: Briess

Golden color, good flavor
Weizenbier-ready, for sure. A little colorful for replicating a pale Berliner or a Gueuze. Calling it a Petite Golden Sour for my own purposes, worked beautifully in a "kettle sour" technique beer. (Tough to pour out this powder into a cloud of steam. Pour powder into a container, then into the pot to aviod clumping on bag. Stir in when water is very warm, before water is close to boiling to avoid boil-over.)
One of the better Dry Wheat Malts
Pros: Excellent consistency-powder is completely dry, does not clump, and dissolves easily. Good "pure" wheat flavor, with no evidence of having been "cooked".
Cons: Consistency is so fine and moisture content so low that it must be added VERY carefully to avoid boilover.
