An relatively new American aromatic variety that is excellent for both aroma and bittering. This variety is a bit like a stronger version of Cascade, with a citrus-floral taste and aroma, although many tasters also find a note of orange in the flavor. Excellent for hoppy American style ales. Average alpha acid: 8.5%

All Around Dual Purpose Hop
This hop is great for ipa, iba, belgian pale. I've used it mainly in my homebrews with the aroma, taste, and dry hopping phase. Can wait to hop burst with this and citra for my next ipa.
Great flavor addition to PA and IPAs
Not sure I agree with the comparisons to Cascade; for me, this hop is more floral and somewhat non-citrus fruity than the strong grapefruit you get from Cascade. Regardless, it works very well in combination with Cascade. Excellent flavor/aroma, give it a try if you haven't yet.
excellent American hop
Pros: Relatively high alpha acid and very nice flavor and aroma -- a little different than Cascade, and I've found it blends very well with Simcoe. Will give a American-style pale or amber ale something special.
Cons: Tends to be among the more expensive varieties.
AMARILLO PELLETS
Pros: These are high alpha acid so I use them to finish for the last 4 minutes. This brings out the super flavor of the amarillo hop ;)
Cons: none
great flavor, not too bitter
Pros: My favorite hops! Use it with Maris Otter malt for a terrific summer ale.
