If you are a distiller and need to fine tune the tension on your ProBoil or regular gasket sealed distilling lid, these clamps will do the trick. They fit all versions of the Brewzilla, Digiboil and Robobrew.
This set of 4 adjustable stainless steel clamp set fits the 35L and 65L BrewZilla Gen 3 all the way to Gen 4 as well as all 35L and 65L DigiBoils. It also suits the 12L and 24L Boiler Extensions.
Instructions:
1. You will need a pair of bolt cutters or tin snips to cut the current clamp off. (Please see product photos for optimum cut location).
2. Remove the nut and bolt and thread it through the clamp. Ensure that the grooved part is facing outwards (photo for reference). If you do not have the grooved part facing outwards, the clamp will found on the round lip of the boiler.
3. Loosen the bolts and spin the clamp up or down to adjust the tension. Use the nuts to lock the desired tension. It is always best to start looser than you think, then adjust tighter.
Note: Do not use these on glass lids or when brewing, these are only for fine tuning tension when using a distilling lid.

Q: I bought a universal cooper pot still dome but my system Brewer's Edge Mash & Boil Series 2 to 7.5 gallons without pump doesn't have lids to clamp the dome. This part works to my system? or which one can I should to buy?
A: If you have the origianal edition of the Mash & Boil, the one without lid clamps, it will be hard to clamp the Universal Dome to the boiler. These clamps will not fit a Mash & Boil without lid clamps. The only thing you could possibly do is develop some sort of lid weights that would keep the dome on the boiler, which we do not sell.
