Our German Pils is mashed from 100% imported Pilsner malt, for an authentic light and crisp pilsner malt flavor. Our lightest all malt extract, and an excellent choice for your European style lagers and pilsners. Also good for IPA styles. 32 lb. growler.
We recommend all malt extracts be stored in a cool place, and refrigerated if you plan to store them for more than 90 days. Preboiled 15 minutes before vacuum extraction, so you only need to do a 30 minute boil if you desire.

Q: Assuming 3 hop additions what are the addition times with a 30 minute boil?
A: One addtion at the start, the second after 15 minutes, the third, either at flameout or during the last 5 minutes is pretty typical.
