Unlike standard lid O rings which have a .280" cross section, our exclusive Oversize O Ring has a slightly larger (.310") diameter, and is molded from softer rubber, for a more positive seal at low dispensing pressures. An ideal fix for an older keg with a leaky lid, or for any keg that needs to be pressurized before filling to achieve an airtight seal. Fits all brands of kegs, pin-lock or ball-lock, with a 3 by 3.5” clamp down oval lid.

Best for older lids, as new lids when installed on older kegs tend to have tighter tolerances, and a standard O ring (our part P92) works fine. Note: Pictured lid is not included.

Oversize O Ring

Review by Jayy on 3/6/2022

I like to ferment in corny kegs. These O rings reliably seal the lid without the need to pressurize the keg. They work great.

Must have for old kegs

These are great and just the thing for stubborn kegs. Worth the premium, just got a bunch to out fit my kegs again. Plan to use these on my keg fermenter.

Over Sized O-ring

Took care of the leak that developed around an old keg that my buddy found on the curb for trash pickup. The softer wider o-ring was all that was needed to seal the keg and hold pressure,

Stopped co2 from exiting leaky keg

While these look just like a regular O-ring they are ever so larger which worked perfectly for me in some kegs that I was unable to use without these. Highly recommended.

A must have for older keg users

Review by John on 3/13/2020

I had a couple of old Cornelius kegs laying around that no longer sealed properly. Instead of chucking them, I decided to try these and I was very pleasantly surprised, they fixed the issue. I recommend these to anyone with keg leaking issues, they work!
