Unlike other brew heating mats, this 25 watt heating mat features a built in thermostat with probe and timer so you can precisely control the heat of your fermenter or small fermenting chamber, as well as apply heat for for either a certain amount of time or continuously. Just tape the probe to the outside of your fermenter and set the thermostat. Features adjustable efficiency - you can change the power level sent to the mat by the thermostat in addition to changing the temperature setpoint. Also good to use as a space heater for a small enclosed space like an unplugged refrigerator.

Instructions - Setting Temperature
1. Press the power button to turn the device on/off.
2. To set the temperature press the "up" and "down" arrows to increase or decrease the set temperature.
Instruction - Change C (Celsius) to F (Fahrenheit)
1. Press the set button to alternate between until the units change from C to F.
Instructions - Change Power Level
1. Press the ↵ button until you see L01.
2. Once the L01 is displayed press "up" and "down" arrows until the desired percentage is reached.
L01 = 10%
L02 = 20%
L03 = 30%
L04 = 40%
L05 = 50%
L06 = 60%
L07 = 70%
L08 = 80%
L09 = 90%
L10 = 100%
Instructions - Timer Function
1. Press the arrow button until you see 0H.
2. Change the 0H setting using the "up" and "down" arrows to increase from 0H to 24H.
During this mode the heating will stay on until the a certain number of hours elapses.
For instance if you set 5H then the controller will turn on for 5 hours and will then the heating function will turn off.
When in timer mode the power button will flash on and off. When the XH time has finished the heating will turn off and the whole screen will flash on and off to indicate the timing cycle has completed.
Note: 0H = On all the time.
