When purchasing one of our William’s Brewing Kits, we have beginner and intermediate options available. The biggest difference between these brewing kits is that the kit designed for the first time brewer does not require two step fermentation or such a strict temperature control. Both kits can still produce equally delicious brews, but intermediate kits are a slightly more difficult beer to brew.
