If you’re just beginning your tenure as a homebrewer, we highly recommend checking out William Moore’s “Home Beermaking.” This book includes step-by-step brewing instructions, a chapter on recipe formulation, and basic tips and advice to take you beyond its pages chock-full of beer making recipes .

At a whopping 394 pages and with over a million copies sold, we can’t recommend Charlie Papazian’s “The Complete Joy of Home Brewing” enough.
