A great choice for extract brewing
Pros: This extract makes a very clean tasting dark lager. I used it for my recipe that I entered in the Longshot Homebrew contest. I received very favorable marks for the batch.
Cons: Be very careful of moisture as the extract will clump up in the pouch.
