Note: Needed Y78 Wyeast Kolsch, or U10 White Labs German Ale/Kolsch yeast is not included, you will be given yeast purchase options once you put this in your cart.
We have also tried Fermentis K-97 Dry Yeast, and found it produced a bit harsher flavor than the above liquid yeasts. If you want a dry yeast option, order item Y25 (Fermentis K-97).

Awesome brew!
I am 10 days into fermentation and I tried this after checking the gravity last night. It was Awesome. I've been brewing for over 10 years and this is my first Kolsch. If you are going for a smooth higher gravity lawnmower beer, this kit is for you. I mashed at 152 degrees and fermented at 66 degrees with Kolsch yeast. You have to try this kit!
