We designed William’s Hard Seltzer kits both to save you money and put you in control – you control the alcohol level between 3.8% and 5.8%, and in doing so control the intensity of the additional flavors added by the yeast fermentation.
As our blind taste tests showed no difference in flavor between seltzers brewed with corn and store bought cane or beet sugar, we left the sugar out, so you can source your sugar locally. This has the added advantage of dropping the cost, and you can make Seltzer for as little as $2.20 a six pack with our kit and your grocery store sugar.
