A Belgian malt that has been kilned to 239° F., and then held at that temperature until it reaches 20 Lovibond color. Imparts an aromatic maltiness and darker color to Belgian-style ales. Use up to 40% aromatic malt in a mash. In the same style as our Honey Malt from Gabrinus.
Also known as Aromatic Malt, and is was also previously called Belgian Abby Malt by Castle Malting.
