A boiling pot protein coagulant (a form of dried seaweed) helpful in clearing light beers of excess malt protein. Best when used as a complement to gypsum, when the clearest possible wort is desired. Add 1/2 teaspoon of the flakes halfway through the boil for a clearer wort. Product of Canada.

Beer clarity
In the early days of my brewing I never used to bother with adding clarifiers, but now I can't see brewing beer without Irish moss. The difference in clarity of the beer is incredible, and it is very inexpensive. Well worth the money.
Well packaged
What can you say about Irish moss? Top of the Morning! It's St. Patricks Day 2020 from the top of a Tennessee mountain.
This should be automatic
Pros: Easy to use. It will make your homebrew clearer.
