Q: It would seem like these would work for small batch pressure fermentation as well, using a spunding valve attached to the gas in. Would that work?

A: We have not tested this, but we do not see why it would not work.

A: Yes you can prime these kegs with priming sugar. We recommend using a priming sugar calculator available on the internet.

Q: 2 x 2.1 gallons won't fit a 5 gallon batch. Why is 2.1 the magic number here, and what other sizes are available?

A: These were designed for the world market and made in 8 liters (2.1 gallons). A smaller 4 liter will be available sometime in 2023
