Q: Will this (Top Draw® Beer Pick Up Tube) or the FLOTit Floating Dip Tube fit through the neck of the Oxebar pet keg?

A: No, although we will have a filter designed to fit through the Oxebar Pet Keg opening, but not a float.

Q: I bought this and it worked for 1)4 of the Keg. Now it just dispenses CO2. Trying to shake won't work but if I tilt it 45 degrees, it will work. Are there any directions you can post? Any help/ suggestions would be awesome.

A: First make sure the tubing is cut to the correct length and there is not excess tubing which can cause this. With the keg empty, install the float ball and silicone tubing so the float ball just rests on the bottom of the keg with the pickup tube sideways. As your keg is already full, try opening and adjusting the ball so the dip tube is underneath the ball.

Q: I'm getting a lot of foam. Pressure is less than 5psi. Where does it come from?

A: It sounds like your beer is over carbonated. Try shutting off your regulator and slowly releasing the pressure in the keg by pulling up on the ring on the pressure release valve on the keg lid.Make sure the beer is cold enough. Get the temperature below 40°F. Let it sit for a 20 minutes then try and draw out some beer. Don't turn the regulator on again until the beer stops flowing, then turn it back on and set it to 3-5 PSI.
