Q: I' haven't used a counterflow chiller. How does Williams suggest cleaning and sanitizing the tubing the wort passes through? What's the estimated time for one 5 gallon gravity fed pass?

A: Run hot water through after each use, and occasionally soak the interior with something like Brewer's Edge Cleanser or PBW and then rinse. Five gallons might take 5 to 10 minutes to pass by gravity.
