Q: What is the largest grain bill that would fit in this? I would like to do high gravity beers but only 2.5 gallons and wondering if this would work.

Q: What are the sizes of the recirc line and wort chiller and the recommended tube sizes for those.

A: We include a foot of recirculation silicone tubing so you do not need to buy any. All tubing sizes are 1/2" interior diameter. For the chiller, we have an optional tubing kit, or you can purchase 1/2" interior diameter tubing and plumb this yourself.

A: The Grainfather one would be very similar.

Q: In the video, he says he gave his model a "good wash" so there's no machine oils left over. Should that firstbwash be with a grease fighting dish soap or with our regular brewery cleanser?

A: Use PBW, B Brite, or Brewer's Edge Cleanser as these do not leave any oils like soap can.
