Q: Does the screw pattern and tap alignment line-up with a Kegco HS-309 Kegerator? In other words could you upgrade a "duel tap" tower with this "triple tap" tower without modification to the kegerator?

A: We do not have a Kegco HS-309 to test, but the screws are in a cross pattern, 3.75" apart.

A: No, these are sold separately.

Q: Is the tower ABS plastic or steel?

A: The tower is 304 grade brushed stainless steel with a stainless cap.
