Q: In the "Yeast" book it says the ideal injection rate with a .5 micron stone for 5.3 gal of 1.077 wort is 1LPM for 60 seconds to reach 10-14 ppm. Why do you recommend less? Also, for 10 gallon batches is the conversion linear? Do you double the time?

A: For 10 gallon batches, double the time or the flow rate. We recommend less, because we have had great results with just a little bit of pure oxygen injected into wort.
