Big hit with friends and family

Review by Patrick K. on 7/12/2008

Pros: Good crisp flavor, not overpowering. Easy to drink

Good one for the neophytes

Review by Kirby F. on 5/26/2008

Pros: Crisp and flavorful. A little on the sweet side but not too sweet. If you're trying to get your Bud, Miller, or Coors drinking friends into homebrewing, have them try this one. They'll probably want another of these first.

10 stars williams german ale

Review by Leslie V. on 3/17/2008

Pros: The first of many beers I have brewed and definitly one of the best.My 70 yr. old father in law even liked it and he only drinks a certain mass produced mega brew. Said he hasn't seen a head like that since he picked up beer by the metal pail full (growler) for his father in Brooklyn when he was a boy. I sampled a few bottles of the brew during the 30 day ageing process and found that to early resulted in a to sweet not enough carbonation beer even at three weeks. Wait a full thirty days or more for a well balanced beer.

Cons: With so many beers out there to brew it might be awile before I get to try this one again.

German Ale

Review by Karl S. on 4/16/2007

Pros: First time brewer of German ale, it was easy to brew and drink! After only 2 weeks in the bottle it is a fine easy to drink full bodied beer that goes great with brats and any salty foods. Nice noble german hops and dark amber color. Not bragging, but it was preferred over Sam's summer ale.

Cons: Not to sound to cliche, but 5 gallons was not enough.
