Pros: This is a great yeast for English styles. Problems with attenuation are due to insufficient oxygen. Hit it with pure o2 before you pitch.

Pros: I always create a starter, so I started using dry yeast to cut costs a little more. This is a high flocculation yeast that settles beautifully. I have used this in IPAs, Wheats, and Reds and all have turned out crystal clear with great flavor. Primary usually starts within 3-4 hours of sealing.

I have been using this in my English ales, stouts, and nut brown ales...It goes so well with the William's Pale Ale LME...VERY CONSISTENT!

I just started using dry yeast and doubt I will ever use anything else. It is so easy to store and use plus you can't beat the price. I used to reclaim yeast and will never do that again.

Excellent in dark beers!

I've used this yeast in a variety of dark beers with great success. I would recommend this product.
