Review by ERIC S. on 3/10/2008

Pros: This is a very smooth beer to enjoy on a cool night. I recomend to enjoy this with a nice Stout almost like a black and tan. As of now the red and tan is my favorate beer.

Pros: The best kit I've tried yet. Not hoppy, very smooth. Liquid candy.

The best yet

Review by Ken S. on 3/7/2008

Pros: Being new to homebrewing with about a dozen brews, the Fireside Ale is probably the best I have done yet.I would have rated it a perfect 10 but then I may stop trying to improve. Thanks for a great recipe.I will do this one again.

Fireside Ale

Pros: Very, very smooth beer. Everyone of my friends that tried it gave me rave reviews about the mixture, texture, aroma and all around drinkability of this product. Very addictive !!!!

Fireside Ale

Review by Andrew K. on 3/7/2008

Pros: This is a very good wintertime beer, especially good for the holidays. Very malty with a lot of fruit it has a nice hop presence that is very balanced. I don't know of anyone that wouldn't like this brew. I recommend it.

Cons: Tended to be very heady; I could only pour half the bottle into a standard beer glass or else had to use an extra big glass such as a Duvel glass to pour the whole bottle.
