I wouldn't think of brewing and fermenting without using this aerator. it gives yeast a headstart and seems to help make a much stronger fermentation. I especially like the fact that the stem is longer than others I have seen. I also love that fact that Williams seems to have the unique devices that make homebrewing much easier than other supply houses.

Single biggest improvement to my beer

This oxygenator coupled with a cheap oxygen tank from the hardware store is the singlest biggest improvement to my brewing process I've yet found. It used to take 2+ days for fermentation to start on my big (1.075 SG) beers, but after using this it starts in less than 24 hours. Super easy to use. The tube & stone are high quality, and I love the oxygen regulator. Very solid and just the right amount of sensitivity to tightening/loosening the valve. Couldn't be more pleased.

Used this on my last brew, an extra stout. Fermentation took off very quickly. I found the O2 tank at Lowes which made that easy. The wand is easy to use and clean. The wand is long enough that it easily cleared the opening of my 7 gal fermonster. Overall I am very happy with the system.

A world of difference

I used this for the first time on a big xmas ale. Made a big difference as the yeast hit the ground running. I highly recommend it. I'm going to use it on everything I make.
