Good Taste

Review by Christopher P. on 7/31/2009

Pros: Enjoyed the drinkability of this beer after work, not to heavy Not a fan of light ales, but made it for a friends birthday party--he asked for more!!

Cons: A little sharp up front for me, but good after taste.

Williams Summer Ale is very good

Review by Robert B. on 7/29/2009

Pros: This is a crisp, clean beer. Good aftertaste and very easy drinking. If you like Corona Extra then you'll like this beer.

Cons: It's only a seasonal beer?!?! Either sell it year round or let us buy the hops you use so we can reproduce it during the off season.

First Kit Purchased from Williams

Review by Rebecca R. on 4/21/2009

Pros: My husband and I have been brewing beer for three years now. This was the first kit we bought that was easy to use, great instructions and wonderful flavor. Still novice brewers but after using this kit we felt much more confident about the process and what bits of the recipe to pay attention to. Love how the kit comes packaged. It is easy to store until you are ready to brew and love how everything comes packaged! When transferring the brew into our keg a taste test proved it is going to be very difficult to wait.

Cons: Shipping to Alaska is expensive and increases the cost of home brewing quite a bit. I wish there was a cheaper way to get it shipped, two kits cost us $35.
