Review by Jeffrey H. on 2/10/2010

Pros: I have brewed this several times and have enjoyed it each time. It is an all around very drinkable beer that many can enjoy

Cons: If you keg? It will be empty before you know it!!

Easy and Delicious!

Pros: This beer was fun to brew and even better to drink. Even my wife loves the beer and wants me to continue brewing. I enjoy this hobby very much. Williams Kolsch is very tasty and well worth the effort.

Cons: No real complaints.

Easy kit, amazing beer . .

Pros: I have made 30+ batches of beer from kits to all grain and I can honestly say that this kit came out the best of all. It stays true to the style, is super easy to make and impresses everyone who tastes it.

Cons: Only makes five gallons

Still brewing

Review by Michiel P. on 11/14/2009

Pros: This was my first kit brew. It turned out great. I worried over it like a new dad over his first baby. My wife thought she ruined it by letting a couple of sunlight rays hit it. Today I brewed my 30th batch and used Wyeast 2565 (Kolsch). Only today I discovered that Kolsch yeast is Saccharomyces uvarum (lager) yeast. I thought I was an ale snob. Maybe not! I'm certainly a devoted Williams customer.

Cons: Not enough time to brew beer.

Pros: This was the first kit I made ever. It turned out real good. I tasted a hint of citrus, yet still crisp and refreshing. I will make this again after a few more tries with other kits.

Cons: None
