This is definitely one of my favorite Williams Kits, although I've liked everything we have made thus far. It is great on warm days and I plan on making more this winter!

Very refreshing on a hot summer's day. I brew in the winter and have trouble saving any for the summer... good stuff!

This is definitely one of the best homebrews I have made. Everyone loves it. I will definitely brew Kolsch again.

Pros: I've brewed this twice. First was good. Second time I kegged it and we had my wife's 40th and it was gone by 8:15. I mean it was amazing how fast it was gone. Everyone RAVED!

Cons: None
