My go to yeast, despite price hike
The price here is actually pretty good but last year it was about 1/2 of what it is now. You can brew up a double starter and put one in the fridge though.

anyway for all my "clean" beers this has worked really well. It starts fast, especially if you use a starter, and just goes. I also use other yeasts, including liquid but I try to always have a bunch of notingham around.

Quick Action / Clean Finish
I have used this yeast several times with never a problem. Great for IPA. It starts fast and settles out clean.

Nottingham Yeast
I choose to use dry yeast in my brewery - and Nottingham is by far the yeast I use the most. It is easy to use, reliable, and ferments cleanly. Even if you use liquid yeast you may want to keep a couple of these packs in your fridge - cause if that smack pack doesn't swell - who wants to wait around for a replacement when you are ready to brew?

My "go-to" yeast
Nottingham yeast is my favorite dry yeast. I use it in 85% of my brewing. I have yet to have a bad packet.
