The KegLand Ball Lock Mini Keg Lid will let you use ball lock gas and beer fittings on any KegLand Mini Keg. It features a silicone dip tube that is flexible and heavier than beer, which means you can dispense kegs on their side and still have the beer pickup tube at the bottom. The silicone dip tube tubing included is 1/2" in outer diameter, and 3/16" in inner diameter.

Solid stainless steel construction (type 304). It features a 30 PSI relief valve, and the head can be completely disasembled for cleaning and repair. All parts are standard, including the ball lock posts, O rings, and even the relief valve.

Fits all KegLand Mini Kegs, and also fits Mancan and Nutrichef Mini Kegs.

Awesome!

Review by Fred on 9/19/2018

I've bought some of the competitor mini kegs and was wondering if the dispensing until would fit. They do! I love these little guys! I have a one gallon batch of mead on tap right now thanks to them. And these are cheaper!

Better Quality Run

Review by Ben on 10/16/2018

Purchased a similar head from a company in China that worked well a couple of times, but after a leak and gasket change never held pressure. ManCan has the same setup. This one is affordable and looks to be more stable with ball lock fittings with better quality. We’ll see how it goes. One thing is for certain I will not be disassembling it unless it leaks. Just clean the can and run Saniclean through the lines.

2 for 3 on these guys

Review by Andrew on 5/27/2019

The first one I ordered works great. The second one contained a faulty pressure release valve. Williams Brewing was kind enough to send me a replacement. The third one works adequately like the first so perhaps I had received a lemon. Thank you WB for sorting it out. William's Responds: Sorry about this, we are sending a replacement head at no charge today.

So Handy

Review by Dave Caron on 3/20/2020

I needed a small keg to contain BLC so I can clean my beer lines without having to use a full size keg. This item allows me to use just enough to clean my lines without waste or moving a large keg. I love it!

Great product other than the release valve

Review by Brandon Nelson on 6/19/2020

I pushed my gas system to 40 PSI to see if the release valve would release and nope. Didn’t go farther. Other than that it works great on my mini keg. I am concerned about it not releasing though. William's Brewing Responds: We have sent a replacement relief valve, as this one was defective.

Q: Do you sell parts that could be used to swap the silicone dip tube for a metal dip tube? You stated that the threads are M14-2.0, but I haven't seen that thread pitch used in any bulkheads.

A: No. The parts that thread into the head of the unit are not the same standard thread used on most kegs. Only the disconnect threads and the threads on the relief valve itself are standard, not the bulkheads that thread into the head unit.

Q: Do you have replacement tubing available?

A: Not at present, although we have it on order which can take several months.

Q: What size is the o ring on the large threaded part. Do you sell replacement o rings that size. Thanks

A: Yes, the O ring is our item Z79

Q: I have some older half barrel kegs that have threads instead of a snap ring. Will this work with those kegs?

A: No. The base bottoms out before the threaded portion of the ball lock lid reaches the threads on the keg. If your kegs use a standard Sankey connector for dispensing the beer you should be looking at our Sankey keg ball-lock tri-clamp conversion kit item C71.

Q: What are the thread sizes for all of the various fittings? I'm specifically looking for the relief valve and center post, as I'd like to change the relief valve for an adjustable pressure version, and use a stainless dip tube for the center.

A: All three holes that are tapped into the head unit are metric M14-2.0.
