This Italian made fruit crusher (it will crush everything from stemmed grapes to apples and pears) fits on top of a bin or bucket with its four rails, and features a 304 grade stainless hopper that is 14" by 16" in size at the top. Unlike our Italian Grape Crusher, this Fruit Crusher features stainless steel blades embedded in the crushing rollers that pull fruit into the roller gap to insure adequate crushing.

Put fruit into the hopper and turn the crank to crush before pressing the pulp with a fruit press. You will need to secure the rails when crushing harder fruit like apples to prevent the crusher from sliding around too much on top of your catch bin.

The rollers are 2.5" wide, and 6" long, and turn on a 3/4" (18mm) diameter hollow steel shaft.  The rails are 32" long, and 12" wide. Height from the bottom of the rails to the top of the hopper (not including the hand crank) is 12".

great after some modification
the crusher is great so far however the handle and nuts that come with it are useless and will not stay on - a minor modification with two 10.5 mm locking nuts on the ends and two washers on wither side of the wooden handle did the trick. works great so far - cut the apples in half for better grabbing power

Hello, Do you know the box dimensions and weight? Can I put whole apples or I need to cut them previously? Thank you.
The box is 18.5" wide x 32" long x 16" high. You will need to slice the apples first.

Crushering rollers...plastic or metal? I can see the stainless blades, but the crushing rollers it's hard to tell. We crush close to 1000lbs of apples in October, and I'm not sure plastic will hold up.
The rollers are plastic with stainless blades
