A boiling pot protein coagulant (a form of dried seaweed) helpful in clearing light beers of excess malt protein. Best when used as a complement to gypsum, when the clearest possible wort is desired. Add 1/2 teaspoon of the flakes halfway through the boil for a clearer wort. Product of Canada.

This should be automatic
Pros: Easy to use.  It will make your homebrew clearer. 

Cons: Easy to forget to use!
