From the Yali, Jiontega region of Nicaragua from a farm established by the Carlos Ferry family about 50 years ago. This is a honey process coffee, which means the ripe cherries are pulped and taken to covered patios where they ferment for 12 hours, and then rotated every 30 minutes until dry. 

Grown at 1050 meters above sea level, this H3 cultivar coffee in an excellent value in a full flavored Central American coffee. Tasting notes mention citrus, tropical fruit, dark, cherry, and chocolate.
