From Weyermann, this German wheat malt is lightly smoked with oak wood smoke. Use up to 100% in the mash. Used in Grodziskie, a smoked wheat beer from Poland. Using 100% wheat malt will make for a more difficult sparge, so you may want to add a couple pounds of rice hulls if you plan on mashing 100% wheat.

great for a Grodziskie
Use it at 100% for a Grodziskie. I wish they carried it in larger(5lbs) bags, as I tend to make a 10g batch with 15lbs of grain.
