Two-row Moravian Belgian malt for mashing true Belgian Ales. Will mash up to 30% adjuncts. This malt will work with either an infusion (one temperature) or decoction (multiple temperature) mash. Malted by Castle Malting.

Good Pilsner, but low DP
This is a good pilsner malt, be be forewarned: its diastatic power is low for a base malt, clocking in at only 76 degrees Lintner. If you plan to use this in a Belgian Wit, with a typical bill of 50% unmalted wheat, you're in for a long conversion. Either increase the ratio of base malt to adjuncts, or add a pound or two of higher DP pale malt.
